可燃废气利用是实现我国节能减排的重要途径之一。介绍了目前高炉煤气、转炉煤气和焦炉煤气3种可燃废气的利用技术及其研究进展和工业应用现状,其中:高炉煤气与高热值气体掺混后用于烧结机、蓄热式加热炉是目前适应性最广、投资最小、收益最快的利用方式;转炉煤气可直接用于炼钢或作为燃料,利用成本最低,但其经济效益远逊于制备 CO 和甲醇、乙醇等化工制品;焦炉煤气用于燃料和发电具有成本低、污染小和经济效益高等优点。对比分析了3种可燃废气各种利用方式的优缺点,阐明了今后的发展方向,为深入研究和利用可燃废气提供了参考依据。

The utilization of combustible waste gas is an important way of energy conservation and emission reduction.The progress in utilization technologies of blast furnace gas (BFG),converter gas (CG)and coke oven gas (COG)has been presented.Among which,application of the mixture of blast furnace gas and high heating value gas in sintering machines and regenerative heating furnace is the optimal way,with the advan-tages of wide adaptability,low investment and fast return.The converter gas can be directly used as fuels or for steel making,of which the cost is the lowest,however,the benefit is far less than using the converter gas to prepare chemicals like CO,methanol,ethanol and others.Using the coke oven gas as fuel or for pow-er generation has the advantages of low cost,less pollutants and high economy.The characteristics of com-bustible waste gas utilization technologies are summarized and compared.In addition,suggestions on the di-rection of development in future are also presented.The present review is helpful for further study and uti-lization of combustible waste gas.
