介绍气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)测定香瓜中苯醚甲环唑残留量不确定度评定的方法,建立数学模型分析不确定度的来源,并对其各个分量进行量化和合成。结果表明:标准曲线拟合和重复性测量所引入的不确定度分量最大;当香瓜中苯醚甲环唑含量为0.1351 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.0118 mg/kg(k=2)。

The method of uncertainty evaluation for the residues of difenoconazole in muskmelon by GC-MS was introduced, and the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established. The sources of uncertainty that may be introduced were analyzed, and each component of uncertainty was quantified and combined. The results showed that the curve fitting and measurement repeatability were the main sources of uncertainty, and the expanded uncertainty was 0.011 8 mg/kg ( k=2) as the residues of difenoconazole in muskmelon was 0.135 1 mg/kg.
