基于Hertz定理,用二状态模型描述十字轴与主动轴叉之间的接触状态,结合转向系结构特点,建立了考虑万向节传动间隙的3自由度车辆摆振动力学模型,通过数值分析,对计入万向节传动间隙的车辆摆振系统动力学响应进行了讨论,分析了考虑万向节间隙后车辆摆振系统动力学行为的变迁规律。相关方法和结论有助于进一步改善车辆摆振系统动力学响应,为更好地抑制车辆摆振提供理论支持。

Based on Hertz theorem, the state of contact between universal joint and spider is described with two- phase model, and combined with the structural features of steering system, a three DOF dynamics model for ve-hicle shimmy is set up with consideration of the bearing clearance in universal joint. Through numerical analysis, the dynamics responses of vehicle shimmy system are discussed and the change rules of dynamics behavior of vehicle shimmy system are analyzed. Relevant conclusions are beneficial to the improvement of dynamics response of vehicle shimmy system and provide theoretical basis for further attenuation of vehicle shimmy.
