运用Moldflow软件模拟和解决冰箱储物盒注射模镶件偏移问题。通过数值模拟,找出了镶件两侧熔料流动不均匀导致镶件受力不均匀是镶件产生偏移的主要原因,并通过调整塑件局部壁厚,使熔料充填型腔时镶件的受力平衡,解决了镶件偏移的问题,生产出符合设计要求的塑件。
運用Moldflow軟件模擬和解決冰箱儲物盒註射模鑲件偏移問題。通過數值模擬,找齣瞭鑲件兩側鎔料流動不均勻導緻鑲件受力不均勻是鑲件產生偏移的主要原因,併通過調整塑件跼部壁厚,使鎔料充填型腔時鑲件的受力平衡,解決瞭鑲件偏移的問題,生產齣符閤設計要求的塑件。

The Moldflow software was used to simulate the inserts’ shift in an injection mould for a fridge storage box. The main cause was found the uneven flow of molten ma-terial along two sides of the inserts under which uneven stress generates. By adjusting par-tial wall thickness of the product, the force balance in the filling process of molten materi-al was improved and the inserts’shift problem was eventually solved.
