To get a method of improving the simulation results and reduce the reliance on experience, a research was carried out by selecting quasi-static forming of sheet metal. First, whether the simulation met the requirements of quasi-static forming was checked through kinetic and internal energy of the forming process; then the best simulation parame-ters were obtained through orthogonal experiments; finally high-quality simulation results was get through examining the results of combing energy and orthogonal experiment meth-od. The results show that the method is feasible in quasi-static sheet metal forming.
