分析了R32替代R410 A的优势,针对R32系统排气温度过高的限制,提出采用经济器的方法降低排气温度,从理论方面分析了R32替代R410 A后单级压缩制冷系统运行参数的变化。在理论研究基础上,采用某企业生产以R410 A为制冷剂带有经济器的风冷热泵机组作为原型机,分别使用R410 A和R32作为制冷剂,进行试验研究。试验参照GB/T 18430.2-2008名义工况,对比同一系统采用2种不同制冷剂后,系统充注量、换热量、功率、COP、排气温度等参数的变化。结果表明:R32系统充注量仅为R410A的70%,接近摩尔质量分数。在制冷及制热名义工况下R32能力及能效比均不低于R410A,R32系统排气温度及压缩比明显降低,但采用经济器中间补气后系统性能系数提高幅度不大。

The advantages of R32 as a substitute to R22 were analyzed.Theoretical cycle performance of R 32 and R410A are calculated and analyzed firstly , because the conventional R 22 system has a higher discharge temperature .Based on the theoretical study , an air-to-water heat pump with an economizer as an experimental prototype is investigated , which are supplied by a compa-ny using R410 A and R32 refrigerant .The experiments were carried out under nominal working conditions in the national standard GB/T 18430 .2-2008 .Some experiments are made to investigate the variation of refrigerant system on charging rate , capacity , COP, discharge temperature after the replacement of R 410A with R32.The results showed a decrease by 70% in charge of R410A which is close to the molar mass fraction , and that the capacity and EER of R32 were no less than R410A under both cooling and heating nominal working conditions , while the discharge temperature and compression ratio were decreased obviously . However , the coefficient of system performance increased a little after using economizer .
