回收发动机冷却水的热量,建立余热回收型涡旋膨胀机系统,以提高燃油利用效率和涡旋膨胀机的工作效率,为汽车发电机提供动力,供各电子电器工作。对车用余热回收型涡旋膨胀机的速度特性、输入特性、涡旋膨胀机内泄漏情况进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:当余热回收型涡旋膨胀机的转速在1000~3000 r/min范围内时,其功率随着转速的提高而不断增大,并且做功效率也有所提高,内泄漏情况也有所降低;涡旋膨胀机输出功率随着气动功率的增大而增大;加装余热回收系统后,提高了涡旋膨胀机的效率;试验结果表明本系统的各项性能结果能够满足为汽车电子电器供电的应用要求。通过对涡旋膨胀机样机的性能试验,对于本余热回收型涡旋膨胀机的后期改进和对余热回收系统的优化提供一定的参考依据。
迴收髮動機冷卻水的熱量,建立餘熱迴收型渦鏇膨脹機繫統,以提高燃油利用效率和渦鏇膨脹機的工作效率,為汽車髮電機提供動力,供各電子電器工作。對車用餘熱迴收型渦鏇膨脹機的速度特性、輸入特性、渦鏇膨脹機內洩漏情況進行瞭試驗研究。試驗結果錶明:噹餘熱迴收型渦鏇膨脹機的轉速在1000~3000 r/min範圍內時,其功率隨著轉速的提高而不斷增大,併且做功效率也有所提高,內洩漏情況也有所降低;渦鏇膨脹機輸齣功率隨著氣動功率的增大而增大;加裝餘熱迴收繫統後,提高瞭渦鏇膨脹機的效率;試驗結果錶明本繫統的各項性能結果能夠滿足為汽車電子電器供電的應用要求。通過對渦鏇膨脹機樣機的性能試驗,對于本餘熱迴收型渦鏇膨脹機的後期改進和對餘熱迴收繫統的優化提供一定的參攷依據。

A vortex expander system of waste heat recovery was built to recover engine cooling water heat and improve fuel use efficiency and vortex expander working efficiency .It can provide power for automotive generators and all electric device working . The speed characteristics ,input characteristics ,expander leaks of the system were studied .Results show that in the vortex expand-er speed range of 1000~3000 r/min,with increasing the speed ,the power and the work efficiency is increased and the internal leakage is reduced;The output power increased with the increasing of pneumatic power ;The efficiency of vortex expander im-proved after using the waste heat recovery device .Test results show the performance of the system can meet the power supply for the automotive electric device .The performance tests of vortex expander has important significance for the design improving and the designing and building of the waste heat recovery system .
