探讨日粮中添加大豆低聚糖(SBOS)对爱拔益加(AA+)肉鸡生产性能、免疫功能和肠道菌群的影响,选取1日龄健康的AA+肉仔鸡720羽,随机分为对照组(基础日粮)、试验Ⅰ组(基础日粮+0.1%SBOS)、试验Ⅱ组(基础日粮+0.3%SBOS)和试验Ⅲ组(基础日粮+0.5%SBOS),每组6个重复,每个重复30只,试验期42天。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加大豆低聚糖AA+肉仔鸡平均日增重有一定程度的增加,但差异不显著;能显著降低22~42日龄AA+肉鸡平均日采食量及22~42日龄和1~42日龄料重比。明显提高21、42日龄的免疫器官指数、盲肠内双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量。大豆低聚糖适宜的添加水平为0.3%。

The effects of dietary soybean oligosaccharides(SBOS)on the growth performance,immunity function and intesti-nal flora of AA+broilers were studied.Seven hundred and twenty one-day-old AA+broilers were randomly divided into controlgroup (basal diet),treatmentⅠgroup(basal diet+0.1%SBOS),treatmentⅡgroup(basal diet+0.3%SBOS)and treatment Ⅲgroup(basal diet+0.5%SBOS),each group had 6 replicates and 30 AA+broilers in each replicate.The experiment period was42 days.The results showed that:compared to the control group,the average daily gain of AA+broilers supplementation ofSBOS increased to a certain extent,but the difference was not significant;SBOS could significantly decrease average daily feedintake of 22~42 d broilers,and feed to gain ratio of 22~42 d and 1~42 d broilers;and SBOS could significantly increase im-mune organ indexes,the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in caecum of 21-day-old and 42-day-old AA+broilers.The suitable addition level of soybean oligosaccharide was 0.3%.
