针对目前谷物低温循环式干燥机产量小、烘干速度低、除尘效果差以及进粮不均匀等问题，研制出带进料风选装置和均匀抛洒装置的新型组合式低温循环干燥机。该干燥机处理量为30 t/h，降水速率可达0．5～0．8个百分点/h，干燥不均匀度≤1％。实践表明，该机具有产量大，干燥均匀，降水速率高，自动化程度高，制造简单，操作方便等特点。
침대목전곡물저온순배식간조궤산량소、홍간속도저、제진효과차이급진량불균균등문제，연제출대진료풍선장치화균균포쇄장치적신형조합식저온순배간조궤。해간조궤처리량위30 t/h，강수속솔가체0．5～0．8개백분점/h，간조불균균도≤1％。실천표명，해궤구유산량대，간조균균，강수속솔고，자동화정도고，제조간단，조작방편등특점。
Aiming at the disadvantages of lower drying quantity,lower drying speed,poor dust removing ability and theasymmetry in grain feeding for present low temperature circulating drier,we designed a new low temperature combined circu-lating dryer with a feed winnowing device and uniform spraying device.This machine processing capacity was 30 t/h,the pre-cipitation rate of 0.5~0.8 percentage points per hour,uneven drying degree no more than 1%.The results showed that:thismachine had the advantages of high yield,uniform drying,precipitation of high speed,high degree of automation,simple man-ufacture,convenient operation and so on.
