目的：观察天麻素联合脊柱保健操治疗椎源性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将77例符合颈源性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组37例。治疗组给予天麻素注射液联合脊柱保健操，对照组给予天麻素注射液，均连续治疗2周，观察治疗前后症状、体征、脑血管多普勒（ TCD）的变化及有效者临床症状改善时间。结果治疗组治疗后眩晕、头痛、旋颈试验计分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）；治疗组中有效者临床症状改善时间较对照组明显缩短（P﹤0.05）；治疗组椎动脉、椎-基底动脉平均流速的改善情况均明显优于对照组（P﹤0.05）。结论天麻素注射液联合脊柱保健操能明显改善颈源性眩晕症状及体征、明显提高椎动脉、基底动脉平均流速，疗效确切。
목적：관찰천마소연합척주보건조치료추원성현훈적림상료효。방법장77례부합경원성현훈환자수궤분위치료조40례화대조조37례。치료조급여천마소주사액연합척주보건조，대조조급여천마소주사액，균련속치료2주，관찰치료전후증상、체정、뇌혈관다보륵（ TCD）적변화급유효자림상증상개선시간。결과치료조치료후현훈、두통、선경시험계분여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（ P﹤0.05）；치료조중유효자림상증상개선시간교대조조명현축단（P﹤0.05）；치료조추동맥、추-기저동맥평균류속적개선정황균명현우우대조조（P﹤0.05）。결론천마소주사액연합척주보건조능명현개선경원성현훈증상급체정、명현제고추동맥、기저동맥평균류속，료효학절。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of gastrodine combined with exercises spine in the treatment of patients with cervical vertigo. Methods Seventy-seven patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group(40 ca-ses)and control group(37 cases). Patients in treatment group were given gastrodine injection combined with spinal exercises, patients in control group were given gastrodine injection,for 2 weeks treatment. The changes of symptoms,signs,TCD and the clinical symptom improvement time were observed before and after treatment between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the difference of vertigo,headache and neck test score in treatment group was statistical significance after treat-ment( P﹤0. 05 );The clinical symptoms improved time in treatment group was significantly shorten than that in control group (P﹤0. 05),and the improvement of the mean velocity of vertebral artery and vertebral-basilar artery of treatment group was sig-nificantly better than that of control group( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Gastrodine injection combined with spinal exercises can ob-viously improve the source of cervical vertigo symptoms and signs,improve vertebral artery and basilar artery average mean veloc-ity,and has a curative effect.
