血清C反应蛋白（ CRP ）是一个特异性不高但具有高度灵敏度的炎症指标。目前已广泛应用于临床疾病的诊断及对预后的判断。近10年来，CRP对肿瘤预后的预测作用引起了较多学者的关注，已有研究证实血清CRP水平与肿瘤的生存期相关。本文综述了术前、术后、化疗前及姑息治疗前血清CRP水平对胰腺癌生存期的预测作用，尽管结果尚存在争议，但部分研究表明术后、晚期一线化疗前及姑息性治疗前升高的血清CRP水平均提示预后不良。

C-reactive protein(CRP) is a nonspecific but sensitive marker suggesting inflammation. It has been most widely used for clinical diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. In the last decade, the prediction of CRP in cancer has caused more and more attention from many scholars. A lot of research have demonstrated that elevated CRP level is a determinant predictor of lower sur-vival rates in patients with several cancers such as gastrointestinal cancer and gynecologic tumor. In this review, we briefly summarize the prognostic values of preoperative and postoperative serum CRP levels in resectable pancreatic cancer, and of the pretherapeutic CRP levels in advanced pancreatic carcinoma, respectively. Although the results are still controversial, an elevated CRP, measured ei-ther postoperative or pretherapeutic, has been shown to predict poor survival in some clinical researches.
