文章通过对《红楼梦》中宴饮场景的重现和解读,分类探讨传统宴饮中等级秩序与座次空间,以及宴饮发生场所在建筑群中的空间位置,以分析传统宴饮礼仪文化的空间对应关系,并将之与现代建筑中餐饮空间布局进行对比,以分析这种文化空间关系的现代流变。
文章通過對《紅樓夢》中宴飲場景的重現和解讀,分類探討傳統宴飲中等級秩序與座次空間,以及宴飲髮生場所在建築群中的空間位置,以分析傳統宴飲禮儀文化的空間對應關繫,併將之與現代建築中餐飲空間佈跼進行對比,以分析這種文化空間關繫的現代流變。

Reappearing and unscrambling the banquet scenes in Story of the Stone, the article make a systematized investigation on the relationship between hierarchical order and seating space in traditional banquet and on the spatial location of the banquet among building groups so as to analyze the corresponding relation of the space that the traditional etiquet e culture at ached. It also compares the banquet space layout in the past to those in modern architecture and analysis the alterations of the cultural space.
