对基于规则微孔金属板的磁流变液的法向力的产生和阻尼特性的形成机理进行了研究，在可控外磁场作用下，储于金属板微孔中的磁流变液可以升高并析出，在其对面的剪切盘上产生法向力。当剪切盘旋转时，该磁流变液产生阻尼应力，通过实验验证了这一现象和特性。重点研究了影响法向力的主要因素和剪切应变对法向力的影响，并进行了实验验证和理论分析。

The damping performance of the metal plate with regular micro holes embedded with Magnetorheological Fluid ( MRF) is investigated.The MRF stored in the micro holes can be drawn out under the excited magnetic field .The drawn MRF can pro-duce normal force on the opposite metal disk .When the disk rotate ,the MRF also can generate shear damping stress .A test-rig is developed to validate this phenomenon .Some major factors which affect the normal force and shear damping stress are investigated and analyzed .This work is much beneficial for the development of much cheaper MRF damping device .
