风能是国家优先发展的产业,但大尺寸高精度轴的直径现场检测国内现在还没有成熟的技术和方法,导致风电主轴、支承辊等大尺寸高精度轴类零件直径的现场测量无法进行而成为限制生产的瓶颈[1]。针对风机主轴等设计、研制了高精度大直径轴类零件直径测量专用量具,成功解决了风电主轴、支承辊等零件在加工中及终检时的直径测量问题。量具采用相对测量原理,并采用了定中心装置和直线导轨来保证检测的准确性,并针对量具设计了专用校对量规。

Wind energy is a priority industry in China ,but dimensional inspection in field processing didn ’ t have the maturity technology and method ,when its size is larger than 100 mm and its graduated value is 0.001,which make diameter measurement of the high precision parts like the wind power main shaft and the back-up roll couldn ’ t be measured ,and it becomes the produc-tion bottleneck .Introduces a special measuring tool for the shaft parts which are high precision and large size parts ,the measure-ments problems of wind power main shaft and back-up roll in the processing and the final inspection are be solved .Measuring im-plement uses the relative measurement principle ,the centering device and the linear guideway are applied to guarantee the inspec -tion precisions as well ,the special proofreading gauges were designed for the measuring implement .
