建立球面浮动套在淬火冷却过程中温度场有限元模型,分析温度场变化规律和分布状态,温度场模拟结果表明:在整个淬火过程中,球面浮动套截面沿径向温差先增大后减小,冷却到5 s时,温差最大为162℃;冷却到50 s时,外表面率先发生马氏体转变;当冷却到150 s时,球面浮动套芯部温度为281℃,几乎完成马氏体转变。模拟温度值与实测温度值进行比较,一致性较好,证明所建模型有效。
建立毬麵浮動套在淬火冷卻過程中溫度場有限元模型,分析溫度場變化規律和分佈狀態,溫度場模擬結果錶明:在整箇淬火過程中,毬麵浮動套截麵沿徑嚮溫差先增大後減小,冷卻到5 s時,溫差最大為162℃;冷卻到50 s時,外錶麵率先髮生馬氏體轉變;噹冷卻到150 s時,毬麵浮動套芯部溫度為281℃,幾乎完成馬氏體轉變。模擬溫度值與實測溫度值進行比較,一緻性較好,證明所建模型有效。
건립구면부동투재쉬화냉각과정중온도장유한원모형,분석온도장변화규률화분포상태,온도장모의결과표명:재정개쉬화과정중,구면부동투절면연경향온차선증대후감소,냉각도5 s시,온차최대위162℃;냉각도50 s시,외표면솔선발생마씨체전변;당냉각도150 s시,구면부동투심부온도위281℃,궤호완성마씨체전변。모의온도치여실측온도치진행비교,일치성교호,증명소건모형유효。
Finite element model of temperature field in high-frequency quenching process was built ,and the change and distribu-tion of temperature field was analyzed .The simulated results of temperature field show that the difference of the radial temperature of section of spherical floating ring firstly increases and then decreases during cooling ,and the maximum difference of temperature is 162℃at 5s.The martensitic transformation firstly occurs at outside surface of spherical floating ring of rock bit when cooled to 50s,and almost finishes at 150s,and at this moment the temperature of spherical floating ring in the cores is 281℃.A comparison of simulated temperature value and measured shows good agreement and proves the validity of the model .
