介绍了一种新型主副一体式低重心、轻量化车架结构,运用Pro/Engineer软件建立了该车架总成的三维模型,根据对该模型进行的受力分析,施加了合理的边界约束条件和载荷,基于HYPERMESH软件建立了车架的有限元模型,通过有限元计算发现,该车架在四种典型工况下的最大应力均小于原车架,符合使用要求,且新车架质量比原车架减少6.5%,重心下降13.4%。

Introduces a new major and auxiliary integral frame structure with a low gravity center and lightweight ,making use of the software of Pro/Engineer to establish the frame three-dimensional model .And it makes a finite element model of the heavy dump truck frame based on HYPERMESH ,reasonable boundary constraint and load was imposed on the finite element model ac -cording to the mechanical analysis .Under the four typical operating conditions ,the maximum stress of the new frame is less than the original’s by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method.The result displays that the new frame technology accords the require-ments and at the same time has weight reduction of 6.5%and a 13.4%lower center of gravity.
