本文设计了一种新型陶瓷窑炉温度数据采集的SD卡存储方案。该方案选用与8051单片机完全兼容的高性能单片机STC12LE5A60S2作为主控制器,采用FAT32文件系统将窑炉温度数据存储在SD卡中。同时,本文介绍了SD卡与STC12LE5A60S2芯片SPI总线通信接口原理,讨论了相关的设置、硬件连接和软件设计,实现了对SD卡的读写,解决了梭式陶瓷窑炉测温仪只能显示实时温度不能存储历史温度数据的问题。

A new kind of SD Card storage scheme is designed to collect the temperature data of a ceramic kiln. We choose as the main control STC12LE5A60S2, a high-performance single-chip microcomputer that is completely compatible to 8051 single-chip microcomputer. The temperature data of a ceramic kiln can be stored in SD Card by means of FAT32 File System. We introduce the principles of SPI trunk communication interface of SD Card and STC12LE5A60S2 chip, and we discuss the relevant set, hardware connection and software design, through which we are able to read and write on SD Card and simultaneously we solve the problem that the thermoscope of a shut-tle-shaped ceramic kiln can show the actual temperature but cannot store the historic temperature data.
