辩论涉及不同思想观点的互动，包含丰富的人际意义。中欧光伏贸易争端引来了诸多争议，其复杂性使有关此争端的辩论具有更丰富和多面的人际意义。分析该争端辩论的人际意义，有助于认识辩论语体人际关系构建的特征及商务语境下口头话语交际的互动特点。该文表明：由于立场、身份、职责、会话风格、沟通策略等因素的作用，各发言人在话语权力、语气使用和言语角色、话题内容表达的参与度与情态使用方面表现出相应的共性和个性。

Different points of view interact in the course of a debate, which involves a variety of interpersonal meaning. The Si-no-EU solar-panel trade dispute has been a controversial issue, the complexity of which enriches the interpersonal meaning of the debates on it. This paper is to study the interpersonal meaning of a debate concerning the trade issue above, which will shed light on the features of the interpersonal relations established in debate discourse, as well as on the interactive features of oral com-munication in a business context. This paper demonstrates that on account of such factors as positions, identities, roles, conversa-tional styles, communicative strategies, etc., speakers have both common and distinct features in view of discourse power, mood and speech roles, engagement in expression on the topic, and use of modality.
