当今职场，工作节奏快、风险高和压力大的特点，对大学生的心里承受能力要求越来越高。高职院校作为培养面向生产、建设、管理和服务一线劳动者的教育机构，提升学生的职业心理素质显得尤为重要，但现实中很多高职学生的职业心理素质并不能适应职场要求。因此，高职院校必须改变这种现状，积极探索提升学生心理素质的教育方法和手段，以实现高职毕业生直接对接社会实际需要的培养目标。
