在高应力、高冲击条件磨损工况，具备优异抗磨性能的高韧性新型抗磨材料具有重要的应用价值。通过对材料化学成分设计和热处理工艺的优化，获得了力学性能和耐磨性良好的新型高锰钢，实际应用证明研制的超高锰钢破碎机颚板，使用寿命大大超过进口产品寿命。

Under the high stress and high impact wear condition, it has important practical value for new wear resistant materials possessing excellent wear resistance and high toughness properties. In present paper, A new type of Hadfield steel was fabricated with optimum chemical composition and heat treatment process. The results show that the steel possesses good mechanical properties and wear resistance.
