混凝土泵送液压系统在换向阀换向时普遍存在着严重的液压冲击现象,产生液压冲击的主要原因是换向时油路中的油液的动能瞬时转化为压力能,而油液的动能与通过换向阀的瞬时流量有关。针对此种现象,文章提出采用双换向阀加蓄能器的方法来控制液压冲击,通过理论分析、AMESim建模与仿真分析表明此种方法可以有效减小液压冲击,最后通过试验验证了所述方法的有效性。

T here exists serious hydraulic impact in concrete pumping system w hen the selector valve re-verses because the kinetic energy of the oil will be transformed into pressure energy instantly while re-versing .And the kinetic energy of the oil is related to the instantaneous flow passing through the valve .Aiming at this problem ,the method to control hydraulic impact with double selector valves plus an energy accumulator is proposed .Based on the theoretical analysis and AM ESim modeling and simulation analysis ,the method is proved to be effective in reducing the hydraulic impact ,w hich is further testified through the relevant experiments .
