分别采用饱和溶液电动搅拌法和超声法制备正十二醇与β-环糊精的包合物,用傅立叶红外光谱检验包合物的形成。结果表明:β-环糊精可与正十二醇形成包合物,超声法的包合物得率较高,可达86.22%。初步探讨了包合物的形成机理。
分彆採用飽和溶液電動攪拌法和超聲法製備正十二醇與β-環糊精的包閤物,用傅立葉紅外光譜檢驗包閤物的形成。結果錶明:β-環糊精可與正十二醇形成包閤物,超聲法的包閤物得率較高,可達86.22%。初步探討瞭包閤物的形成機理。

The inclusion compound ofβ-cyclodextrin with dodecanol is prepared by electric mixing method of saturated solution and ultrasonic method.FTIR Analysis shows that the inclusion compound ofβ-cyclodextrin with dodecanol can be made successfully.By comparing the two inclusion methods,the yield of ultrasonic meth-od is higher,which is 86.22%.The formation mechanism of inclusion compound is discussed preliminarily.
