以广播电视信号为辐射源的外辐射源雷达研究近年来受到各国重视,得到了较大发展。针对模拟电视信号的视频部分存在很强的距离旁瓣,难以用于目标到达时间差测量的问题,提出一种新颖的视频伴音信号联合目标检测方法。该方法利用视频信号测频,代入伴音信号中通过时延-多普勒滤波提取目标时延参数,从而完成目标的检测。实验结果证明,该方法优于传统的伴音信号单独目标检测方法,能有效的抑制虚警,提高检测概率。

The passive radar utilizing TV signal has attracted more and more attention recently, and is developing rapidly. However,the video part of PAL TV signal which has high range sidelobes is difficult to be used for the measurement of TDOA. To solve this problem,a novel method to detect targets by utilizing video and audio signals jointly is proposed . In our method,video signal is used for frequency measurement,while audio signal with the frequency from the video signal is utilized for measuring TDOA. The experimental results show that our method is better than the target detection methods utilizing only the audio signal. It can reduce the false alarms,and increase the detection probability greatly.
