Mobile command military shelter should have Nuclear-Biological-Chemical(NBC) protection ability and the NBC collective protection system is the most effective equipment in defending the NBC. According to the need of protection,this article proposes one general scheme which the collective protection system should consider one process from monitoring or controlling to defending, and then conforms the detection method for NBC and the indicator of protection for overpressure. At last,it studies the theory of shelter ventilation and the effectiveness of cannister ventilation and so on.
