装备保障过程的仿真、分析、设计、优化和调整都需要过程建模方法的支持，当前的过程建模方法众多，如何选取合适的过程建模方法，成为保障过程管理的首要和关键问题。通过分析当前主要的过程建模方法，结合装备保障过程建模要求确定了评价标准，采用分阶段、分层次群体决策的方法确定了战时装备保障准备阶段选用IDEF3建模、实施阶段采用eEPC和Petri Net组合建模的思路，所述思路和方法已成功应用在装备维修保障业务重组管理系统项目开发中。

Models are necessary in simulation,analyzing,designing and implementing equipment support processes. For these process modeling methods,how to select an appropriate is an important issue in support project implementations. This paper proposes evaluation indexes by analyzing the characteristic of process modeling methods and the requirement of equipment support. Based on those indexes,a two stage hierarchy group making-decision method is used to make modeling tactic using the IDEF3 method in preparative stage but the eEPC and Petri Net methods in practice stage. The modeling tactic is used in the project of equipment support process management system.
