采用臭氧催化氧化-生化组合深度处理技术对煤制天然气高含酚废水生化出水进行了深度处理试验研究。研究结果表明,采用自主研发的高效催化剂OCD-4于常温、臭氧质量浓度为200 mg/L、pH为8~9条件下处理含酚废水,COD去除率可达35%,B/C由最初的0提升至0.2;经过生化段高效菌种的处理后,最终出水的平均COD为49.7 mg/L,平均挥发酚质量浓度为0.2 mg/L,达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准。

Catalytic ozonation-biotreatment technology has been used for the experimental research on the advanced treatment of biochemical effluent from coal-based natural gas phenol-containing wastewater with high concentration. The research results show that using self-developed highly efficient catalyst OCD-4 at normal temperature ,when ozone mass concentration is 200 mg/L and pH 8-9,its COD removing rate can reach 35%,B/C increases from the initial 0 to 0.2. After highly efficient bacteria in biochemical section have been treated ,the average effluent COD is 49.7 mg/L,and average mass concentrations of volatile phenol is 0.2 mg/L,meeting the first class requirement of the national Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996) successfully.
