以工业有机颜料C.I.颜料黄154(PY154)为敏化剂,采用溶剂热法制备了不同PY154含量的TiO2光催化剂(PY154-TiO2),并对其进行了表征。以可见光下对罗丹明B(RhB)的降解率为模型,考察了PY154-TiO2的光催化性能。结果表明,TiO2与PY154复合后,光响应范围由紫外区拓展到可见光区,其光催化活性明显高于TiO2。最后对催化剂的稳定性进行了研究,重复使用5次后其活性没有明显降低,说明PY154-TiO2具有较好的稳定性。

Using organic pigment Yellow 154 as sensibilizer,TiO2 photocatalyst(PY154-RiO2) with different PY154 contents has been prepared by solvothermal method ,and the photocatalysis capacity is characterized. The photo-catalysis capacity of PY154-TiO2 is evaluated under visible light irradiation,taking the degradation rate of Rho-damine B as model reaction. The results indicate that after TiO2 has combined with PY154,the photoresponse range extends from UV to visible light region,and its photocatalysis activity is significantly higher than TiO2. At the end, the stability of the catalyst is studied ,and it is found that its activity is not significantly reduced after being used 5 times repeatedly,which demonstrates that it has excellent stability and recyclability factors.
