战略性新兴产业技术创新联盟以创新为主要发展动力，知识转移是战略性新兴产业技术创新联盟提高创新效率和联盟成员保持长期稳定共生状态的重要方式。在对战略性新兴产业技术创新联盟主体关系和知识转移方式进行分析的基础上，运用Logistic方程构建技术创新联盟内企业和科研院所知识转移模型，分析其知识转移的稳定性及条件。在此基础上，提出优化共生单元、共生模式、共生环境以及建立知识转移的共生界面是实现战略性新兴产业技术创新联盟稳定知识转移的重要途径，并提出了相应的知识转移策略。

Innovation is a main development force to technology innovation alliance of strategic emerging industry . Knowledge trans-fer is an effective way to improve innovation efficiency and keep stable symbiotic state of alliance members in the long run . On the basis of the analysis of the membership and knowledge transfer mode of technology innovation alliance for strategic emerging industry , the paper ap-plies the logistic equation to establish knowledge transfer model of enterprises and research institutes and analyzes the stability and the condi-tions . Based on the above study , the paper presents the conclusion that the optimization of the symbiosis unit , symbiosis model , symbiosis environment and the coordinative innovation symbiosis interface are the important ways to realize the stable knowledge transfer . Then the paper proposes the strategy of knowledge transfer for technology innovation alliance .
