随着我国人口步入老龄化，社会及企业更加期待具有长效创新能力的人才，因此高校教育应构建自主学习与激发创新思维相结合的教学内容和教学方法，培养具有终身学习意识、独立思考及持续性创新能力的大学生。研究持续性创新能力培养的实践方法，可以增强大学生就业竞争力，实现向国家和社会输送持久性人才，促进经济建设的目的。

With our country stepping into the aging population,the society and enterprises more expect talents with long-lasting in-novation ability. University education should build new teaching contents and teaching methods which combine autonomous learning with innovative thinking stimulation,train undergraduates to have the awareness of lifelong learning,ability of independent thinking and lasting innovation. Studying the practice of lasting innovation ability training can enhance undergraduates' employment competitiveness, and supply lasting talents for our country and society to promote economic construction.
