据统计，每年入围的四川百强企业都有小幅度变动，分析各行业内部结构，发现制造业竞争优势明显，建筑业企业稳步发展，服务业竞争实力差距较大。利用波特五力分析模型对企业自身形势和行业竞争环境进行分析，由此提出有针对性的企业及行业竞争策略。通过与省外大企业大集团相关数据比较分析，使四川企业在复杂环境中提高自身竞争力，实现健康可持续发展。

The top 100 companies in Sichuan Province have small changes in each year.From the analysis of industry internal structure,we can find that the competitive advantage of manufacturing industry is obvious,construction enterprises develop steadily,competitive gap of service industry is getting bigger.This paper analyzes the enterprises’own situation and industry competition environment using Potter’s Model,then promotes several competitive strategies.Compared with large-scale enter-prises in other provinces,Sichuan enterprises should improve competitiveness and achieve sustainable and healthy development in a complex environment.
