目的：探讨个性化护理方法对中药熏蒸综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效的影响。方法：将腰椎间盘突出症患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，2组均采用中药熏蒸配合牵引与针灸治疗，观察组同时予个性化护理，对照组予常规护理。观察2组患者有效率、患者满意度评分及复发率。结果：观察组有效率及患者满意度评分显著高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：个性化护理措施可明显提高中药熏蒸综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效，提高其生活质量。
목적：탐토개성화호리방법대중약훈증종합요법치료요추간반돌출증료효적영향。방법：장요추간반돌출증환자120례수궤분위관찰조화대조조각60례，2조균채용중약훈증배합견인여침구치료，관찰조동시여개성화호리，대조조여상규호리。관찰2조환자유효솔、환자만의도평분급복발솔。결과：관찰조유효솔급환자만의도평분현저고우대조조，복발솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：개성화호리조시가명현제고중약훈증종합요법치료요추간반돌출증환자적림상료효，제고기생활질량。
Objective: To explore curative effects of medical fumigation comprehensive therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH) and individualized nursing method. Methods: All 120 LDH patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, both groups accepted medical fumigation, traction and acupunc-ture, the observation group individualized nursing and the control group routine care. Effective rate, the scales of sat-isfaction degree and relapse rate of the patients in both groups were observed. Results: Effective rate and the scales of satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than these of the control group notably, relapse rate was decreased compared with that of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P<0.05). Con-clusion: Individualized nursing could obviously improve clinical effects of medical fumigation comprehensive thera-py in the treatment for LDH and life quality of the patients.
