目的:通过正交实验优选肿痛消颗粒的成型工艺。方法:以吸湿率为指标考察所用辅料的种类及配比;以吸湿率和成型率指标优选肿痛消颗粒的最佳成型工艺条件,并考察该颗粒的休止角、吸湿率。结果:辅料蔗糖粉/糊精以2∶1为最好;浸膏与辅料的混匀比例为1∶1,润湿剂体积分数为60%,干燥温度为60℃,依此制得的颗粒流动性好。结论:本成型工艺合理、可行,可为该颗粒的大量生产提供科学依据。
目的:通過正交實驗優選腫痛消顆粒的成型工藝。方法:以吸濕率為指標攷察所用輔料的種類及配比;以吸濕率和成型率指標優選腫痛消顆粒的最佳成型工藝條件,併攷察該顆粒的休止角、吸濕率。結果:輔料蔗糖粉/糊精以2∶1為最好;浸膏與輔料的混勻比例為1∶1,潤濕劑體積分數為60%,榦燥溫度為60℃,依此製得的顆粒流動性好。結論:本成型工藝閤理、可行,可為該顆粒的大量生產提供科學依據。
목적:통과정교실험우선종통소과립적성형공예。방법:이흡습솔위지표고찰소용보료적충류급배비;이흡습솔화성형솔지표우선종통소과립적최가성형공예조건,병고찰해과립적휴지각、흡습솔。결과:보료자당분/호정이2∶1위최호;침고여보료적혼균비례위1∶1,윤습제체적분수위60%,간조온도위60℃,의차제득적과립류동성호。결론:본성형공예합리、가행,가위해과립적대량생산제공과학의거。
Objective: To optimize the formation technology ofZhongTongXiaogranules by orthogonal method. Methods: The category and ratio of the adjuvant materials were investigated by taking moisture absorption as the index; the optimal formation technology ofZhongTongXiaogranules was selected by taking moisture absorption and formation rate as the indexes, the angle of rest and absorption rate of the granules were investigated. Results: The optimal ratio of sucrose power to dextrine was 2:1; the ratio of extract to adjuvant material was 1:1, vol-ume fraction of wetting agent was 60%, dry temperature was 60℃, the mobility of the granules was good. Conclu-sion: Formation technology, reasonable and feasible, could provide scientific evidence for mass production of the granules.
