对2013年华东地震应急救援联合演练中现场应急通信技术的运用进行了论述。针对演练中如何实现军地互联、灾情信息共享，紧贴救援演练细化通信科目，做好通信策划和演练量化评比等方面进行了有益尝试，填补了地震现场应急通信演练实战化、标准化的空白。

The usage of on-site emergency communications technologies in 2013 east China earthquake emergency rescue j oint exercises are discussed in details.The authors made a useful attempt to discuss several aspects such as military and local interconnection reali-zing,disaster information sharing,communication subjects refining and appraisal quantizing. The work in this paper filled the blank of the study on practicability and standardization of the earthquake emergency communications drill.
