在锅炉检修过程中,通常只对低温再热器出列炉管进行校正,而无法判断其周边炉管磨损情况。为此利用 Fluent计算流体力学软件进行分析,模拟了管排在不同出列状态下的炉管磨损情况。结果显示,不仅出列管自身会发生磨损,严重时还会造成其后炉管磨损的明显加剧。因此在实际工作中,不仅需要校正出列炉管,还必须对其磨损情况进行定量检测,同时扩大检查范围,确保出列炉管及其下方管排的磨损量在许用范围之内,以保证受热面安全,提高机组的整体可靠性。

In process of boiler overhaul,dequeued furnace tube of low temperature reheater is usually only rectified while wear-out of its surrounding tubes is not able to be judged.Therefore,this paper studies simulation on tube wear-out of row of tubes under different dequeued states by applying Fluent computational fluid mechanics software for analysis.The result showed that wear-out was happened not only to the dequeued tube itself but also to its following tubes which may be seriously intensified.Suggestions were proposed that in actual work,rectification for dequeued tubes was required and quantitative de-termination on wear-out must be conducted.Meanwhile,check range must be expanded for ensuring wear-out of dequeued tubes and below row of tubes in allowable range and guaranteeing safety of heating surface in order to improve overall relia-bility of the unit.
