Mengdong lignite%moulded coal%spontaneous combustion
针对老年褐煤型煤易自燃且目前尚无工业化解决方案的问题,对蒙东褐煤型煤自燃的解决对策进行了研究。采用分类垛堆的方法对蒙东褐煤型煤进行煤质和自燃测试,从孔隙特性、回水特性、回水及散热过程、剩余活性等方面与澳洲褐煤型煤进行对比,认为只有设置合适的后处理工艺才能防止蒙东褐煤型煤自燃,并给出后处理的技术要求,最后指出今后的研究方向是提高成型机压力和降低褐煤抗塑性。

Aiming at problem of there being no industrialization solution to spontaneous combustion of old age lignite moul-ded coal,this paper studies countermeasures for spontaneous combustion of Mengdong lignite mouled coal.Coal quality and spontaneous combustion testing was conducted for Mendong lignite moulded coal by using method of classification and stac-king.In aspects of porosity characteristic,return water characteristic,return water and heat dissipation process and residual activity,this paper discusses comparison of Mengdong lignite moulded coal and Australia lignite moulded coal and draws a conclusion that it is able to prevent spontaneous combustion of Mendong lignite moulded coal only by applying suitable post-treatment technics.Meanwhile,it proposes technical requirement for post-treatment and finally points out research direction in the future which is to improve pressure of molding machine and reduce resistance of lignite.
