在水溶液中,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,衣康酸(IA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为反应单体,合成了无磷共聚物(IA/AM/SMAS/MA)。通过正交实验确定了无磷共聚物合成的最佳合成条件。利用红外光谱对共聚物的结构进行了表征,采取静态阻垢的方法评价了阻垢剂阻碳酸钙生成的性能。结果表明:当单体配比 n(衣康酸)/n(丙烯酰胺)/n(甲基丙烯磺酸钠)/n(丙烯酸甲酯)=4∶3∶2∶3,引发剂用量为单体的10%(wt),反应温度为90℃,反应时间为4 h。此条件下合成的阻垢剂的阻垢率可以达到88.6%。

In aqueous solution, a non-phosphorus quadripolymer scale inhibitor, IA/AM/SMAS/MA, was prepared by free radical solution polymerization with itaconic acid(IA), acrylamide (AM),sodium methylallyl sulfonate(SMAS), methyl acrylate (MA) as monomers ,and ammonium persulphate as initiator. The best reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments. The chemical structure of the quadripolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The scale inhibitor’s performance to restrain calcium carbonate formation was evaluated with static scale inhibition method. The experimental results showed that optimal reactive conditions were as follows :the molar ratio of monomers was 4∶3∶2∶3(IA∶AM∶SMAS∶MA), initiator was 10%(wt) of monomers, reactive temperature was 90 ℃, reactive time was 4 h. The inhibition rate of scale inhibitor prepared under above conditions could reach to 88.6%.
