利用重碱车间排放的蒸氨废液结合当地气候条件进行自然蒸发试验,分析蒸发过程中析盐的种类、组成和结晶顺序,分析和计算废水不同蒸发阶段的析盐率和蒸失水率和比蒸发系数,确定有用组分氯化钙的最佳分离点和分离条件,最终为盐田工程设计提供基础数据。

Natural evaporation experiments of the distilled ammonia waste liquid from were carried out combined with local climatic conditions. The crystallization type, composition, crystallization order, water evaporation rate, salting-out rate and the relative evaporation coefficient at different stages were analyzed and calculated. The best separation point to separate calcium chloride and other beneficial components was determined by experiments, which could provide basic data for the engineering design of the solar pond evaporation process.
