采用湿式空气氧化工艺处理乙烯裂解废碱液,系统研究了不同反应温度和停留时间对该类废碱液处理效果的影响。结果表明,在湿式氧化过程中 S2-的氧化相对容易,当反应温度不低于190℃时,S2-去除率为100%,当反应温度小于150℃时,S2-的存在形式以 S2O32-为主,反应温度达到230℃时,S2-基本完全转化成 SO42-;废碱液中 COD 的去除率随反应温度的升高而增加,当反应温度为230℃时,其去除率可达80%以上。

채용습식공기양화공예처리을희렬해폐감액,계통연구료불동반응온도화정류시간대해류폐감액처리효과적영향。결과표명,재습식양화과정중 S2-적양화상대용역,당반응온도불저우190℃시,S2-거제솔위100%,당반응온도소우150℃시,S2-적존재형식이 S2O32-위주,반응온도체도230℃시,S2-기본완전전화성 SO42-;폐감액중 COD 적거제솔수반응온도적승고이증가,당반응온도위230℃시,기거제솔가체80%이상。
The technology of wet air oxidation was used to treat the spent caustic from ethylene cracking process,and the effect of both temperature and retention time on the treatment of this spent caustic was studied. The experimental results indicate that the oxidation of S2- is relatively easy in the wet air oxidation process; When the reaction temperature is not lower than 190 ℃, the removal rate of S2- is 100%; When the reaction temperature is less than 150℃, S2- mainly exists in the form of S2O32-, and when the temperature is 230 ℃, almost all the S2- is oxidized into SO42-. The removal rate of COD in the spent caustic increases with the increase of the reaction temperature; When the reaction temperature is 230 ℃,the removal rate of COD is more than 80%.
