利用扫描电镜和透射电镜对热挤压态和退火态FGH98合金的相析出规律及组织特征进行了分析,并对其再结晶机制进行了深入研究。结果表明:热挤压态FGH98合金在空冷过程中已经发生了少量的再结晶现象,随着挤压温度的提高,体系内位错密度下降。退火态FGH98合金中再结晶机制主要与体系内未回溶的一次γ′相有关,在一次γ′相聚集区再结晶主要以依靠亚晶的聚合和亚晶的长大,或两者的混合机制进行形核;随着一次γ′相的减少,合金还可以通过应变诱发晶界迁移、多晶粒交汇区形核、孪晶叠加等多种方式形核。需要指出的是,FGH98合金中未回溶的一次γ′相在退火处理过程中也会通过部分的回复和再结晶发生软化效应。
利用掃描電鏡和透射電鏡對熱擠壓態和退火態FGH98閤金的相析齣規律及組織特徵進行瞭分析,併對其再結晶機製進行瞭深入研究。結果錶明:熱擠壓態FGH98閤金在空冷過程中已經髮生瞭少量的再結晶現象,隨著擠壓溫度的提高,體繫內位錯密度下降。退火態FGH98閤金中再結晶機製主要與體繫內未迴溶的一次γ′相有關,在一次γ′相聚集區再結晶主要以依靠亞晶的聚閤和亞晶的長大,或兩者的混閤機製進行形覈;隨著一次γ′相的減少,閤金還可以通過應變誘髮晶界遷移、多晶粒交彙區形覈、孿晶疊加等多種方式形覈。需要指齣的是,FGH98閤金中未迴溶的一次γ′相在退火處理過程中也會通過部分的迴複和再結晶髮生軟化效應。
이용소묘전경화투사전경대열제압태화퇴화태FGH98합금적상석출규률급조직특정진행료분석,병대기재결정궤제진행료심입연구。결과표명:열제압태FGH98합금재공랭과정중이경발생료소량적재결정현상,수착제압온도적제고,체계내위착밀도하강。퇴화태FGH98합금중재결정궤제주요여체계내미회용적일차γ′상유관,재일차γ′상취집구재결정주요이의고아정적취합화아정적장대,혹량자적혼합궤제진행형핵;수착일차γ′상적감소,합금환가이통과응변유발정계천이、다정립교회구형핵、련정첩가등다충방식형핵。수요지출적시,FGH98합금중미회용적일차γ′상재퇴화처리과정중야회통과부분적회복화재결정발생연화효응。
The precipitated phase behavior, microstructure characteristics and static recrystallization mechanisms of FGH98 alloy in extruding and annealing states were systematically investigated by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) and transmission electron microscopy ( TEM) . A portion of recrystallized grains were observed in as-extruded samples during the cooling process, and the dislo-cation density decreases with the increasing of deformation temperature. The recrystallization mechanism of FGH98 alloy during the an-nealing process is mainly dominated by residual primaryγ′phase. In the region with a more content of residual primaryγ′phase, static recrystallization is controlled by the coalescence and growth of subgrains;when residual primaryγ′phase in the alloy decreases, many nucleation mechanisms of static recrystallization may occur, such as strain-induced boundary migration ( SIBM ) , nucleation in the juncture of several grains, and twins superposition nucleation. It must be pointed out that residual primaryγ′phase in the alloy can al-so be softened to somewhat extent by recovery and recrystallization during the annealing process.
