目的：探讨进展期胃癌患者情绪及注意偏向的变化。方法选取40例治疗初期的进展期胃癌患者以及与其人口学资料相匹配的40例健康对照组（HC）作为研究对象，采用中文情绪词进行注意偏向的测试。所有被试者试验前分别予焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）对两组患者进行评定。结果胃癌患者组在SAS，SDS得分[（51．51±6．38）分，（55．23±5．51）分]高于对照组[（41．05±8．66）分，（42．18±10．02）分]，差异有统计学意义（t＝6．710，P＝0．000；t＝8．018，P＝0．000）；患者组在情绪词Stroop任务中负性词的正确率[（78．57±16．70）％]低于对照组[（85．05±10．82）％]，差异有统计学意义（t＝-2．148，P＝0．034）。SDS量表得分与负性词正确率呈负相关（r＝-0．529，P＝0．000）。结论进展期胃癌患者对负性相关信息具有显著的注意偏向，需加强胃癌患者注意偏向的训练。

목적：탐토진전기위암환자정서급주의편향적변화。방법선취40례치료초기적진전기위암환자이급여기인구학자료상필배적40례건강대조조（HC）작위연구대상，채용중문정서사진행주의편향적측시。소유피시자시험전분별여초필자평량표（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、억욱자평량표（self-rating depression scale，SDS）대량조환자진행평정。결과위암환자조재SAS，SDS득분[（51．51±6．38）분，（55．23±5．51）분]고우대조조[（41．05±8．66）분，（42．18±10．02）분]，차이유통계학의의（t＝6．710，P＝0．000；t＝8．018，P＝0．000）；환자조재정서사Stroop임무중부성사적정학솔[（78．57±16．70）％]저우대조조[（85．05±10．82）％]，차이유통계학의의（t＝-2．148，P＝0．034）。SDS량표득분여부성사정학솔정부상관（r＝-0．529，P＝0．000）。결론진전기위암환자대부성상관신식구유현저적주의편향，수가강위암환자주의편향적훈련。
Objective To explore attentional bias in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.Methods A total of 40 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma in treatment-naive were compared with matched 40 health controls completed the Chinese Emotional Stroop Task that assessed the attentional bias,All of them were evaluated with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and Self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the beginning of the task.Results Patients with advanced gastric carcinoma in score of SAS and SDS were higher[(51.51 ±6.38)score, (55.23 ±5.51)score]than score in health controls [(41.05 ±8.66)score,(42.18 ±10.02)score],The different between them were sig-nificantly (t=6.710,P=0.000;t=8.018,P=0.000);Patients performance of correct rate of in negative word of Emotional Stroop task were lower[(78.57 ±16.70)%]than health controls [(85.05 ±10.82)%],The different between them were significantly (t=-2.148,P=0.034).Score of SDS negative correlation to the correct rate of negative word(r=-0.529,P=0.000).Conclusion The results suggest that patients with advanced gastric carcinoma have attentional bias in negative-related cues as measured by the Chinese Emotional Stroop Task,The attentional bias trainingmedical should pay attention to their psychological problems.
