目的:探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)发病机制中的免疫功能变化。方法收集30例MPP住院患儿作为观察组,并选取同期来院体检的健康儿童33例为对照组,分别检测T淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白、C3、NK细胞指标。结果与对照组相比,观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较对照组表达降低(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,NK细胞下降明显(P<0.05),而CD8+水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿IgG、IgM、IgA及C3水平明显升高,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MPP 患儿存在T 淋巴细胞免疫功能低下和B 淋巴细胞异常活化,同时补体系统被大量激活,参与了MPP 的发病。

목적:탐토폐염지원체폐염(MPP)발병궤제중적면역공능변화。방법수집30례MPP주원환인작위관찰조,병선취동기래원체검적건강인동33례위대조조,분별검측T림파세포아군급면역구단백、C3、NK세포지표。결과여대조조상비,관찰조CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+교대조조표체강저(P<0.05),구유통계학의의,NK세포하강명현(P<0.05),이CD8+수평여대조조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);관찰조환인IgG、IgM、IgA급C3수평명현승고,여대조조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론MPP 환인존재T 림파세포면역공능저하화B 림파세포이상활화,동시보체계통피대량격활,삼여료MPP 적발병。
Objective To explore the changes of immunologic function of the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP).Method Collected 30 cases of hospitalized children with MPP as the observation group between July 2013 and January 2014,And at the same time choosed 33 cases of healthy children who went to hospital had the physical examination as the control group,detected respec-tively the indexs of T cell subpopulations,immunoglobulin,C3 and NK cells.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were lower (P<0.05),there had the statistically significant,NK cells decreased significantly (P<0.05),while the level of CD8+was no statistically significant difference compared with the control group (P>0.05);The level of IgG, IgM and IgA and C3 of the Observation group increased significantly,there had the statistically significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion T lymphocyte immune function was low and B lymphocyte was abnormally activated that existed in children with MPP,The complement system was a large number of activated at the same time,involved in the patho-genesis of MPP.
