目的：探讨静脉注射丙种球蛋白（IVIG）治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的临床疗效。方法110例HIE患儿随机分成治疗组（48例）和对照组（62例），两组病例均予支持和对症治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用IVIG，比较两组患儿临床疗效、多脏器功能障碍（MOD）的发生率、以及新生儿行为神经评分（NBNA）。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（χ2＝6．38，P＜0．05）；治疗组MOD发生率明显低于对照组（χ2＝4．335，P＜0．05）；治疗前两组 NBNA 评分差异无统计学意义（t ＝1．099，P＞0．05），而治疗后治疗组患儿NBNA 评分较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（t＝3．116，P＜0．05）。结论 IVIG治疗HIE安全有效。

목적：탐토정맥주사병충구단백（IVIG）치료신생인결양결혈성뇌병（HIE）적림상료효。방법110례HIE환인수궤분성치료조（48례）화대조조（62례），량조병례균여지지화대증치료，치료조재차기출상가용IVIG，비교량조환인림상료효、다장기공능장애（MOD）적발생솔、이급신생인행위신경평분（NBNA）。결과치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조（χ2＝6．38，P＜0．05）；치료조MOD발생솔명현저우대조조（χ2＝4．335，P＜0．05）；치료전량조 NBNA 평분차이무통계학의의（t ＝1．099，P＞0．05），이치료후치료조환인NBNA 평분교대조조고，차이유통계학의의（t＝3．116，P＜0．05）。결론 IVIG치료HIE안전유효。
Objective To explore the curative effect of intraveneous immunoglobulin (IVIG)for treatment of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods 1 10 neonates with HIE were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into control (48 cases) and treatment (62 cases)groups.The treatment group was treated intravenous administered drip with IVIG in addition to the conventional support therapy and symptomatic treatment.Clinical therapeutic effect,incidences of Multiple organ dysfunction (MOD)and neonatal behav ioral neurological assessment (NBNA)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of HIE patients in IVIG treat-ment group was significanttly higher than that in control group(χ2 =6.38,P<0.05),and the incidences of MOD in treatment group was lower than that in control group(χ2 =4.335,P<0.05).NBNA scores being compared pre treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups(t=1.099,P>0.05),but After treatment,NBNA scores in the HIE patients in treatment group was markedly higher than that in con-trol group with significant difference(t=3.116,P<0.05).Conclusion IVIG is safe and effective in treatment of HIE.
