目的：探讨牙周治疗对孕期牙周指数及血清白细胞介素-1（IL-1）水平的影响。方法选择60例中期妊娠妇女为研究对象，其中牙周炎30例，健康对照者30例。牙周炎组进行牙周治疗，分别与治疗前及治疗后4～6周检查菌斑指数（PLI）、探诊深度（PD）、临床附着丧失（CAL）和出血指数（BI）；同时抽取空腹静脉血5 mL，以ELISA法测定血清IL-1水平。结果牙周炎组和对照组之间，PLI、PD、CAL、BI和血清IL-1差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；治疗后牙周炎组牙周状况明显改善（P＜0．05）且与正常对照组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），血清IL-1水平较治疗前下降明显（P＜0．05），与正常对照组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论牙周治疗可降低孕期血清IL-1水平，改善牙周状况。
목적：탐토아주치료대잉기아주지수급혈청백세포개소-1（IL-1）수평적영향。방법선택60례중기임신부녀위연구대상，기중아주염30례，건강대조자30례。아주염조진행아주치료，분별여치료전급치료후4～6주검사균반지수（PLI）、탐진심도（PD）、림상부착상실（CAL）화출혈지수（BI）；동시추취공복정맥혈5 mL，이ELISA법측정혈청IL-1수평。결과아주염조화대조조지간，PLI、PD、CAL、BI화혈청IL-1차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；치료후아주염조아주상황명현개선（P＜0．05）차여정상대조조간차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05），혈청IL-1수평교치료전하강명현（P＜0．05），여정상대조조간차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론아주치료가강저잉기혈청IL-1수평，개선아주상황。
Objective To investigate the influence of periodontal treatment to the periodontal index and the serum Interleukin-1 (IL-1 )levels in pregnancy.Method Based on the periodontal health status,60 women in median pregnancy were enrolled and categorized as pe-riodontitis (PG,n=30),and control group (CG,n=30).The clinical periodontal measurements,including plaque index(PLI),probing depth (PD),clinical attachment loss (CAL),bleeding index(BI).Meanwhile,fasting peripheral blood sample was collected by venipuncture before periodontal treatment and after 4 to 6 weeks.The serum IL-1 level was quantified by ELISA.Result The serum IL-1 levels and each of the clinical parameters were significantly higher in PG group than those in CG group (P<0.05).After treatment,periodontal status improved sig-nificantly in PG group (P<0.05),between the CG the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).There is significant decrease in levels of IL-1at PG after periodontal treatment(P<0.05),between the CG the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclu-sion Periodontal treatment during pregnancy can reduce the serum levels of IL-1 and improve the periodontal status.
