目的：探讨胃泌素（GAS）在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法选取经病理确诊的结肠癌70例，以癌旁组织为对照组（均经过病理证实）。采用免疫组织化学Envision方法，检测GAS在各组中的表达情况。结果 GAS在正常组织中和结肠癌中表达的阳性率分别为22．9％和80．0％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；在结肠癌中的表达显著高于癌旁组织（P＜0．05）。结论正常组织中GAS 呈低表达，在结肠癌组织黏膜中GAS 高表达。
목적：탐토위비소（GAS）재결장암조직중적표체급의의。방법선취경병리학진적결장암70례，이암방조직위대조조（균경과병리증실）。채용면역조직화학Envision방법，검측GAS재각조중적표체정황。결과 GAS재정상조직중화결장암중표체적양성솔분별위22．9％화80．0％，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；재결장암중적표체현저고우암방조직（P＜0．05）。결론정상조직중GAS 정저표체，재결장암조직점막중GAS 고표체。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation GAS expression in colon carcinoma and their clinic significance. Methods To select seventy colon carcinoma tissue which were confirmed by pathologically during the period of December 2009 and Decem-ber 2013 in our hospital were investigated.the samples were divided into different groups and compared.The expression of GAS were evaluated with immunohistochemical method of Envision.Results Positive rates of gastrin expression in normal tissue,andcolon carcinoma were 22.9%and 80.0%,respectively,and there were significant differences between normal tissue and colon carcinoma.Conclusion Gastrin expression is decreased in normal tissue.But it increases in colon carcinoma.
