目的：探讨人乳腺癌组织胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)的表达水平及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测乳腺癌组织54例和正常乳腺组织20例中TP的表达。结果TP蛋白在乳腺癌组织中阳性表达率为77.8%，显著高于正常乳腺组织的40.0%(P<0.05)。不同组织学分级的TP蛋白表达率差异有统计学意义，TP蛋白高表达率与乳腺癌组织学分级有关(P<0.01)。结论TP蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达增强，其表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级有关，其高表达提示预后不良。
목적：탐토인유선암조직흉감린산화매(TP)적표체수평급기여림상병리특정적관계。방법응용면역조화S-P법검측유선암조직54례화정상유선조직20례중TP적표체。결과TP단백재유선암조직중양성표체솔위77.8%，현저고우정상유선조직적40.0%(P<0.05)。불동조직학분급적TP단백표체솔차이유통계학의의，TP단백고표체솔여유선암조직학분급유관(P<0.01)。결론TP단백재유선암조직중표체증강，기표체여유선암적조직학분급유관，기고표체제시예후불량。
Objective To study the expression level of thymidine phosphorylase (TP) protein in human breast cancer tissues and its relationship to the clinical pathpological characteristics. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin / peroxidase techique was used to detect the expression of TP protein in 54 cases of breast cancer and 20 cases of normal breast tissue. Results The expression rate of TP protein in breast cancer was 77.8%, significantly higher than 40.0% in normal breast tissue (P <0.05), with statistical difference in the expression rate of TP protein between different histological grades (Ⅰand IIvs.Ⅲ), and the high expression rate of TP was related to the histological differentiation of breast cancer (P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of TP protein is high in breast cancer tissue and has relationship to histological grade. Its high expression indicates a poor prognosis.
