目的：探讨参芍葡萄籽提取物方剂对环磷酰胺致免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法对免疫抑制小鼠进行免疫器官重量影响、迟发型超敏反应、血清溶血素实验、小鼠碳廓清实验，统计各个指标结果。结果参芍葡萄籽提取物方剂对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用显著，免疫器官重量、迟发型超敏反应、血清溶血素实验和小鼠碳廓清实验结果均为阳性。结论参芍葡萄籽提取物方剂具有较好的免疫调节作用。
目的：探討參芍葡萄籽提取物方劑對環燐酰胺緻免疫抑製小鼠免疫功能的調節作用。方法對免疫抑製小鼠進行免疫器官重量影響、遲髮型超敏反應、血清溶血素實驗、小鼠碳廓清實驗，統計各箇指標結果。結果參芍葡萄籽提取物方劑對免疫抑製小鼠的免疫調節作用顯著，免疫器官重量、遲髮型超敏反應、血清溶血素實驗和小鼠碳廓清實驗結果均為暘性。結論參芍葡萄籽提取物方劑具有較好的免疫調節作用。
목적：탐토삼작포도자제취물방제대배린선알치면역억제소서면역공능적조절작용。방법대면역억제소서진행면역기관중량영향、지발형초민반응、혈청용혈소실험、소서탄곽청실험，통계각개지표결과。결과삼작포도자제취물방제대면역억제소서적면역조절작용현저，면역기관중량、지발형초민반응、혈청용혈소실험화소서탄곽청실험결과균위양성。결론삼작포도자제취물방제구유교호적면역조절작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenshao&grape seed extract on cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressed mice. Methods Immunosuppressed mice were used for experiment on the effect of experimental immune organ weight, delayed type hypersensitivity test, serum hemolysin experiment, mice carbon clearance test, and the results of the various indicators were taken for statistical analysis. Results Shenshao&grape seed extract had significant immunomodulatory effects for immunosuppressed mice, and the results of immune organ weight, delayed type hypersensitivity, serum hemolysin experiments, and mice carbon clearance test were positive. Conclusions Shenshao&grape seed extract has a good immune regulation.
