目的:探讨腮腺良、恶性肿瘤的CT与MR诊断与鉴别诊断,以提高诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析我院经手术与病理证实的28例腮腺良、恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料与CT、MR资料。结果28例患者中良性腮腺肿瘤18例,CT与MR主要表现为:呈类2形等密度、MR等信号结节影,边界较清,轻度或中度均匀强化。恶性肿块10例,CT与MR主要表现为:类2形或不规则形密度不均肿块,边界欠清,MR信号不均匀,增强后不均匀强化,伴侵犯周围组织。结论腮腺良、恶性肿瘤的CT与MR表现具有一定特征性,若肿块密度不均、形态不规则、边界不清、不均匀强化,常提示恶性腮腺肿瘤可能性大。
目的:探討腮腺良、噁性腫瘤的CT與MR診斷與鑒彆診斷,以提高診斷準確率。方法迴顧性分析我院經手術與病理證實的28例腮腺良、噁性腫瘤患者的臨床資料與CT、MR資料。結果28例患者中良性腮腺腫瘤18例,CT與MR主要錶現為:呈類2形等密度、MR等信號結節影,邊界較清,輕度或中度均勻彊化。噁性腫塊10例,CT與MR主要錶現為:類2形或不規則形密度不均腫塊,邊界欠清,MR信號不均勻,增彊後不均勻彊化,伴侵犯週圍組織。結論腮腺良、噁性腫瘤的CT與MR錶現具有一定特徵性,若腫塊密度不均、形態不規則、邊界不清、不均勻彊化,常提示噁性腮腺腫瘤可能性大。
목적:탐토시선량、악성종류적CT여MR진단여감별진단,이제고진단준학솔。방법회고성분석아원경수술여병리증실적28례시선량、악성종류환자적림상자료여CT、MR자료。결과28례환자중량성시선종류18례,CT여MR주요표현위:정류2형등밀도、MR등신호결절영,변계교청,경도혹중도균균강화。악성종괴10례,CT여MR주요표현위:류2형혹불규칙형밀도불균종괴,변계흠청,MR신호불균균,증강후불균균강화,반침범주위조직。결론시선량、악성종류적CT여MR표현구유일정특정성,약종괴밀도불균、형태불규칙、변계불청、불균균강화,상제시악성시선종류가능성대。
Objective To observe CT and MR imaging features of benign and malignant parotid tumors. Methods Clinical data, CT and MRI of 28 cases of benign and malignant parotid tumors proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results 18 out of 28 cases were benign parotid tumors, main features of CT and MRI were as follows: a mass with homogeneous density and well defined boundary, homogeneous signal intensity in MRI, mild or moderate homogeneous enhancement. The other 10 cases were malignant parotid tumor, main features of CT and MRI were as follows:a mass with round or irregular shape, uneven density and unclear boundary, heterogeneous signal intensity in MRI, heterogeneous enhancement after contrast, and with a sign of invasion to the surrounding tissue. Conclusions CT and MR imaging features of benign and malignant parotid tumor have certain characteristics. The mass may be likely to be diagnosed with a malignant tumor if it is with uneven density, irregular shape, nuclear boundary, and heterogeneous enhancement.
