介绍了纯棉针织物经过活性染料红3BS、活性黄3RS和活性黑B染色后,采用高效皂洗酶代替传统的皂洗工艺进行处理,探讨高效皂洗酶用量、温度及时间对中深色染后皂洗效果的影响.结果表明,高效皂洗酶用量为0.8~1 g/L、温度为90℃、时间为20 min条件下可获得理想的效果.与传统皂洗工艺相比,高效皂洗酶处理工艺可减少水洗次数,省去皂洗后热水洗,染色织物皂洗沾色牢度可提高0.5级,湿摩擦色牢度可提高0.5~1级,废水色度由512倍下降到32倍.
介紹瞭純棉針織物經過活性染料紅3BS、活性黃3RS和活性黑B染色後,採用高效皂洗酶代替傳統的皂洗工藝進行處理,探討高效皂洗酶用量、溫度及時間對中深色染後皂洗效果的影響.結果錶明,高效皂洗酶用量為0.8~1 g/L、溫度為90℃、時間為20 min條件下可穫得理想的效果.與傳統皂洗工藝相比,高效皂洗酶處理工藝可減少水洗次數,省去皂洗後熱水洗,染色織物皂洗霑色牢度可提高0.5級,濕摩抆色牢度可提高0.5~1級,廢水色度由512倍下降到32倍.

After dyed with Reactive Red 3BS, Reactive Yel ow 3RS and Reactive Black B, the knitted cot-ton fabric was treated with efficient soaping enzyme to replace the traditional soaping process. The influences of soaping enzyme dosage, processing temperature and time on the soaping qualities of the dyed fabric were discussed. The results showed that ideal effect could be obtained under the fol owing conditions: efficient soaping enzyme dosage 0.8~1 g/L, temperature 90 ℃, processing time 20 min. Compared with the traditional soaping process, bio-soaping could reduce the washing cycles and omit the hot water washing after soaping. The color fastness to soaping of the dyed fabrics could be increased by 0.5 grade, and the wet rubbing fast-ness could be improved by 0.5~1 grade. Moreover, the chromaticity of the waste water decreased from 512 times down to 32 times.
