以焦磷酸钠为酯化剂,采用半干法制备具有不同粘度和取代度的磷酸酯淀粉。考察酯化剂、催化剂用量及反应温度、时间、pH等因素对产品取代度和粘度的影响。结果表明,半干法合成磷酸酯淀粉的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度140℃,反应时间90 min,pH 5.0,磷酸盐用量4%,尿素用量1.5%,酸解淀粉盐酸用量1.4%。以上条件下制得的产品粘度为62 mPa·s,取代度为0.0040%,粘度耐热稳定性为88%。
以焦燐痠鈉為酯化劑,採用半榦法製備具有不同粘度和取代度的燐痠酯澱粉。攷察酯化劑、催化劑用量及反應溫度、時間、pH等因素對產品取代度和粘度的影響。結果錶明,半榦法閤成燐痠酯澱粉的最佳工藝條件為:反應溫度140℃,反應時間90 min,pH 5.0,燐痠鹽用量4%,尿素用量1.5%,痠解澱粉鹽痠用量1.4%。以上條件下製得的產品粘度為62 mPa·s,取代度為0.0040%,粘度耐熱穩定性為88%。
이초린산납위지화제,채용반간법제비구유불동점도화취대도적린산지정분。고찰지화제、최화제용량급반응온도、시간、pH등인소대산품취대도화점도적영향。결과표명,반간법합성린산지정분적최가공예조건위:반응온도140℃,반응시간90 min,pH 5.0,린산염용량4%,뇨소용량1.5%,산해정분염산용량1.4%。이상조건하제득적산품점도위62 mPa·s,취대도위0.0040%,점도내열은정성위88%。
Taking sodium pyrophosphate as esterifying agent, the phosphate starches with different viscosity and degree of substitution were prepared by a semi-dry process. The effects the amounts of esterifying reagent and catalyst and reaction temperature, time and pH on product degree of substitution and viscosity were investigated. The results indicated that the optimum condition to the prepared phosphate starch was as follows:the reaction temperature 140℃ reaction time 90 min, amount of urea 1.5%, pH 5.0, amount of phosphate 4%, amount of acidolysis starch hydrochloride 1.4%. Under the above conditions, the viscosity of the product was 62 mPa·s, the degree of substitution was 0.004 0%and the heat-resistant stability of the viscosity was 88%.
