目的探讨0.1％玻璃酸钠滴眼液对玻璃体切割术(PPV)后角膜上皮损伤的修复作用.方法对2010年1月至2013年1月在中国医科大学附属第一医院眼科就诊的102例(102只眼)PPV术后角膜上皮损伤病人,按入院顺序随机分为治疗组,即0.5％左氧氟沙星滴眼液与0.1％玻璃酸钠滴眼液交替滴眼,每次1滴,每日各4次;对照组,即0.5％左氧氟沙星滴眼,每次l滴,每日4次,疗程均为7d,对比观察玻璃体切割术后角膜上皮损伤的恢复情况.分别于用药后第1、3、5、7d,观察患者的眼部症状(刺痛、畏光、视力模糊、分泌物等),用荧光素染色、裂隙灯检查将患者角膜愈合状态分为:痊愈、显效、好转、无效.应用x2检验统计分析治疗结果.结果两组均未见局部和全身不良反应.治疗组术后治愈率分别为1 d (17.65％)、3 d(56.86％)、5 d(78.43％)、7d(94.12％),而对照组治愈率分别为1 d (9.80％)、3 d(21.57％)、5 d(25.49％)、7 d(43.14％).经统计分析,术后第3、5、7d两组比较差异明显有统计学意义(x2值分别为13.36、20.426、28.632,P值分别为0.00,P＜0.05),即治疗组治愈率高于对照组.结论 0.1％玻璃酸钠滴眼液可有效促进玻璃体切割术后病人的角膜上皮细胞的修复.

Objective To investigate the repairment of corneal epithelial cells by sodium hyalurohate eye drops after vitrectomy.Methods A total of 102 cases of the PPV postoperative patients were randomly divided into the experimental group,levofloxacin (Cravit) and Aili alternating drops,one drop at a time,four times a day,with the control group,to music Erbitux drops 1 drop per time,4 times a day,a course of a month,compared intraoperative corneal epithelial recovery.One day,3,5,and 7 days after treatment,observation of the patient's eye symptoms (irritation,photophobia,blurred vision,increased secretions,etc.),fluorescent staining,slit lamp observed in patients with the corneal epithelium Dianran and impairments.Healing corneal slit lamp examination signs state was divided into:cured,markedly improved invalid.The chi-square test method was used for statistical analysis of the experimental results,P ＜0.05 as a significant difference.Results Both groups had no local and systemic adverse reactions.Experimental group after one day cure rates were (17.65％),3 days (56.86％),5 days (78.43％),7 days (94.12％),while the control group was respectively 1 day (9.80％),3 days (21.57％),5 days (25.49％),7 days (43.14％).After statistical analysis,3 days,5 days,7 days were significant difference between two groups,the experimental group,the cure rate was higher than the control.Conclusions Aili eye drops can be effective in promoting the repair of corneal epithelial cells after vitrectomy.
